New Music: Mandroid Echostar
Do you like Coheed and Cambria? Good, so do I.
Mandroid Echostar is a 6 piece progressive metal band from Guelph, Ontario and damn do they ever reek of Coheed and Cambria. I think I’m in love all over again.
The band was formed in the summer of 2010 by bassist Adam Richards, guitarist Sam Pattison, and drummer Matt H-K. Over the course of the next year they filled out their line up with the addition of guitarist/keyboardist James Krul, guitarist Stephen Richards and vocalist Michael Ciccia (whom I personally know as Italian Santa).
So, without further adieu, allow me to introduce you to your new favorite song (and band) “The Precursor” by Mandroid Echostar.
