These photos of Darkest Hour prove that metalcore is alive and well

Hip Hop may have taken over the throne as the most listened to genre, but Darkest Hour’s recent gig with Unearth at Toronto’s Hard Luck proves that metalcore is alive and well.

The show was rammed with nostalgic pit fiends getting fired up as fast as Ken Susi’s riffs from Unearth’s opening set. Darkest Hour closed out the night performing tracks off their latest full-length Godless Prophets & the Migrant Flora (2017) as well as some old heavy hitters bringing the heat to a frigid winter night in February.

It was a solid show and stoked to see these bands still performing such high energy shows. Check out the photos below to see what you missed and induce flashbacks to 2004.
