Emo Gods, Sunny Day Real Estate perform at Danforth Music Hall with Chastity

Last year, for the first time in over a decade, 90's emo rockers Sunny Day Real Estate announced a tour. Initial dates were only for the USA, but lucky for us, the latest round of dates had Toronto on the touring schedule. 

That day finally came last week at Danforth Music Hall, where the gods of emo took centre stage along with opening act Chastity. The night was an emotional rollercoaster; both Sunny Day Real Estate and Chastity kicked our ass with guitars drowning out the audience — in all the right ways.
