Jack White has released two explosive new singles, "G.O.D. and the Broken Ribs" and "Derecho Demonico," via Third Man Records, marking his first music since the 2024 album No Name. Produced by White with his live band, drummer Patrick Keeler, bassist Dominic Davis, and keys player Bobby Emmet, the tracks blend garage rock grit with fresh energy.

These arrive just before White's sixth Saturday Night Live appearance on April 4, hosted by Jack Black, where he might debut them live.

Track Breakdowns

"G.O.D. and the Broken Ribs" delivers a psychedelic, apocalyptic blues vibe, with White’s snarling lyrics such as "Welcome to the end of the world/ Nobody left but one boy and one girl and one other" over romping riffs—evoking a twisted Adam and Eve tale.

"Derecho Demonico" kicks off funkier, with distorted vocals and a driving rhythm as White sings, “Looks like you started something that..." for a demonic, boisterous edge.

Limited-edition tri-color and black 7" vinyl drops April 4 at thirdmanrecords.com and Third Man shops in Nashville, Detroit, and London; black vinyl hits indies next week.
