The newly formed trio Held., featuring Douglas Robinson and Sal Mignano of The Sleeping alongside Josh Eppard of Coheed and Cambria, have announced their debut album Grey, arriving May 15 via MNRK Heavy. The record marks a bold and emotionally charged first statement from seasoned musicians uniting under a fresh banner.

Their first offering, “New You Anthem”, features Frank Iero of My Chemical Romance, a fitting collaboration given the shared history between Iero and The Sleeping on early East Coast tours. The track burns with cathartic energy, balancing anthemic hooks and raw emotion as Robinson channels themes of self-belief, struggle, and the survival power of love across all forms.
