A Perfect Circle have returned with “To Whom It May Concern,” their second new single of 2026 and the follow-up to “Starless.” Billy Howerdel and Maynard James Keenan also unveiled an extensive 32-date North American tour for spring 2027, kicking off in Vancouver on April 13 with Canadian stops in Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, and two nights in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

Produced by Howerdel at his Lankershim Ranch Studio in Studio City, “To Whom It May Concern” was mixed by Matty Green (U2, Florence + the Machine, TV on the Radio) and features longtime collaborator Josh Freese on drums. The track leans into gothy guitar textures, booming percussion, and a polished, mystical atmosphere that builds on the momentum of “Starless” while hinting at more new music to come.

Puscifer will support A Perfect Circle for all Canadian dates (plus Detroit on April 25), while The Cult joins for the remaining U.S. shows from late April through mid-June. Tickets go on sale Friday, October 2 at 10 a.m. local time, following an A Perfect Circle pre-sale that runs through Thursday, October 1 at 10 p.m. (password: PERFECT).
